This policy explains how Gökhan Emniyetli, an individual developer publishing under the name Swoqy ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the mobile game Solitaire Big Cards ("the App") on Android and iOS. "Solitaire Big Cards" is the working name of the App; this page applies under its final store name too.
1. Summary
- You do not need an account to play. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or photos.
- We do not run servers or databases of our own for the App. Your progress stays on your phone, with an optional copy in your own Google Play Games or Apple iCloud account.
- The App is free to play and shows ads. You can remove ads anytime with an optional one-time purchase.
- Our advertising and analytics partners collect device identifiers and usage data. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
2. Information we collect
a) Information stored on your device
Your game progress (games played and won, daily deals, an unfinished game), settings (sound, card style, language, reminders) and purchase status are stored on your device.
b) Cloud copy in your own account
So that your progress follows you to a new phone, the App keeps a copy of it in Google Play Games Saved Games (Android, when you are signed in to Play Games) or iCloud key-value storage (iOS, when iCloud is on). This copy lives in your Google or Apple account, not on our servers, and we cannot read it. It contains game progress only.
c) Information collected automatically by our partners
- Device and advertising identifiers: the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), the Identifier for Vendors and Firebase installation IDs.
- Approximate location: your IP address may be used by ad partners to estimate your general region (country or city). We do not request or use your precise (GPS) location.
- Usage data: app launches, games started and won, use of undo and hints, ads viewed and tapped, purchases made.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, device model, operating system version, app version, performance data.
d) Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock it.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, contacts, photos, messages or precise location.

4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may also request ads from the following partners ("mediation"). Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we use Google's consent tool (a certified consent management platform under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) to ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On iOS, we ask for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you choose "Ask App Not to Track", we do not access the IDFA. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
5. Firebase and Google Play services
We use these Google Firebase services: Google Analytics for Firebase (usage statistics), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) and Firebase Remote Config (adjusting settings such as how often ads appear, without an app update). Google acts as our service provider. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy. On Android, the App also uses Google Play Games (for the cloud copy of your progress) and Google Play's in-app update and review services.
6. Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact info@swoqy.com and we will delete it.
7. How long we keep data
- Data on your device stays until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- The cloud copy stays in your Google Play Games or iCloud account until you delete it there.
- Firebase Analytics data: 14 months. Crashlytics crash reports: 90 days.
- Data held by ad partners is kept according to their own policies.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards provided by those partners.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). The cloud copy is protected by your own Google or Apple account.
10. Your rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (Settings → Privacy options) without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK or your Landesdatenschutzbehörde in Germany).
11. Your rights (United States)
Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, but the use of advertising identifiers by ad partners may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under these laws. To opt out, use Settings → Privacy options in the App, or turn on your device's ad tracking limits. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where technically possible. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorised agent. To appeal a decision, email us with the subject "Privacy appeal".
Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (device and advertising IDs), commercial information (purchase history), internet or other electronic network activity (app interactions), approximate geolocation (from IP address) and diagnostics. Sources: your device and our partners' SDKs. Disclosed to: the advertising partners listed above and our service provider Google Firebase.
12. How to delete your data
- On your device: uninstall the App or clear its data.
- Cloud copy: Android: Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data (or the App's saved game). iOS: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Solitaire Big Cards.
- Analytics and crash data: email info@swoqy.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the name of the App; we will delete what can be linked to your installation within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Advertising data: reset your advertising ID in your device settings, and contact the ad partners listed above.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the App.

2. Welche Daten verarbeitet werden
Auf dem Gerät: Spielstand (gespielte und gewonnene Spiele, Tagesspiele, ein unterbrochenes Spiel), Einstellungen und Kaufstatus. Kopie im eigenen Konto: Google Play Spiele „Gespeicherte Spiele“ (Android) bzw. iCloud-Schlüsselwertspeicher (iOS); wir können diese Kopie nicht lesen. Durch Partner: Werbe- und Gerätekennungen (Werbe-ID, App Set ID, IDFA nur mit Ihrer Erlaubnis, IDFV, Firebase-Installations-IDs), ungefährer Standort aus der IP-Adresse, Nutzungsdaten (gestartete und gewonnene Spiele, Rückgängig und Tipps, Werbeanzeigen, Käufe) und Diagnosedaten (Absturzberichte, Gerätemodell, Systemversion). Käufe werden von Google Play bzw. dem App Store abgewickelt; Zahlungsdaten erhalten wir nicht.
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
Bereitstellung des Spiels und Freischalten von Käufen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO); personalisierte Werbung (Einwilligung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a), nicht personalisierte Werbung, Betrugsprävention, Analyse und Absturzberichte (berechtigtes Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f, bzw. Einwilligung, wo erforderlich); tägliche Erinnerung (Einwilligung, jederzeit abschaltbar).
4. Werbung
Die App nutzt Google AdMob und die im englischen Teil genannten Vermittlungspartner. In EWR, Vereinigtem Königreich und Schweiz holen wir über Googles zertifiziertes Einwilligungstool (IAB TCF) Ihre Einwilligung ein; unter iOS fragen wir über Apples App-Tracking-Transparenz.
5. Speicherdauer
Gerätedaten bis zur Deinstallation; die Cloud-Kopie, bis Sie sie in Ihrem Google- oder Apple-Konto löschen; Firebase-Analytics-Daten 14 Monate; Absturzberichte 90 Tage.
6. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit sowie auf Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung (Einstellungen → Datenschutzoptionen). 1. Özet
- Oynamak için hesap gerekmez. Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefon numaranızı veya fotoğraflarınızı asla istemeyiz.
- Uygulama için kendi sunucumuz veya veritabanımız yoktur. İlerlemeniz telefonunuzda kalır; isteğe bağlı bir kopyası kendi Google Play Games veya Apple iCloud hesabınızda tutulur.

Ortaklarımızca: reklam ve cihaz kimlikleri (IDFA yalnızca izin verirseniz), IP adresinden yaklaşık konum, kullanım verileri ve tanılama verileri. Satın almalar Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır; kart bilgilerinizi almayız.
3. Reklamlar ve Firebase
Uygulama Google AdMob ve İngilizce bölümde listelenen aracılık ortaklarını, ayrıca Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics ve Remote Config'i kullanır. AEA, BK ve İsviçre'de Google'ın sertifikalı onay aracıyla, iOS'ta Apple'ın Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı penceresiyle izin isteriz.
4. Saklama süresi
Cihazdaki veriler uygulama kaldırılana kadar; bulut kopyası siz kendi hesabınızdan silene kadar; Firebase Analytics verileri 14 ay; çökme raporları 90 gün.
5. Haklarınız
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve onayı geri çekme haklarınız vardır. KVKK kapsamındaki talepleriniz için info@swoqy.com adresine "Delete my data" konusuyla yazabilirsiniz.
