Delete your account and data

This page covers every game and app published on Google Play under the developer name “Swoqy”. You don’t need to reinstall anything to make a request.

Deletion request

The button opens your email app with a ready-made message. The request reaches us when you press Send. This website does not send or store anything itself.

How it works

  1. Send the requestUse the form, or write to info@swoqy.com from any address. If the app has a “Delete my data” option in Settings, you can use that too.
  2. Confirm it’s youWe reply from info@swoqy.com. So nobody can delete someone else’s data, we may ask for a small detail, such as the ID shown in the app’s Settings.
  3. Done within 30 daysUsually much sooner. You get an email when it’s finished.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details, if the app has accounts
  • Game progress, scores and settings stored on servers we control (if any)
  • Analytics and crash data linked to your app instance ID (through a deletion request to Google Firebase)
  • Your support emails about the request, once it is closed

What stays, and why

  • Purchase records stay with Google Play, which handles payments. You manage them in your Google account.
  • Data stored only on your phone: remove it by uninstalling the app or via Settings › Apps › [app] › Storage › Clear data.
  • Google’s advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads.
  • Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can’t identify you.
  • A short record that your request was completed, and anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as required.
