Privacy Policy
How Swoqy games, apps and this website handle your personal data, in plain words.
Last updated:
1. Who is responsible
Swoqy (“Swoqy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the brand under which games and apps are published on Google Play. The data controller for the personal data described here, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), is the owner of the Swoqy brand, based in the Republic of Türkiye. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “Swoqy”, it means that data controller.
- Brand: Swoqy (developer name on Google Play)
- Privacy contact: info@swoqy.com
- Legal name and postal address: shown in the developer section of each app’s Google Play listing, and sent on request by email.
This policy covers the website swoqy.com and every game and app published on Google Play under the developer name Swoqy. A Turkish version is available as the Gizlilik Politikası, together with the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
2. The short version
- The pages of this website use no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. The browser versions of our games (
swoqy.com/games/…/play) are the exception: they show ads from Google AdSense, which uses cookies. See section 3. - The apps don’t ask you to create an account. Progress and settings are stored on your phone unless an app’s notes say otherwise.
- Free games may show ads through Google AdMob. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, through Google’s consent tool. Without consent you only see non-personalised or limited ads.
- Some apps use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to find out what breaks and which features are used. Each app’s notes (section 13) say which services it uses.
- Payments go through Google Play. We never see your card details.
- We don’t sell personal data. You can ask us to delete your data at any time: Account & Data Deletion.
3. This website
swoqy.com is a static website. Its pages (home, game pages, support and legal pages) set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts and load no fonts or files from other companies. The browser versions of our games under swoqy.com/games/…/play are the exception: they show ads, as described under “Ads in browser games” below.
- Preferences on your device. If you pick a colour theme or a language, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (
swoqy-theme,swoqy-lang). It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings. See the Cookie Notice. - Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time. We don’t use these logs to identify visitors.
- Ads in browser games (Google AdSense). When you play a game in your browser, the page shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or to other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits. Google may process your IP address (and a rough location derived from it), browser and device details, the page you are on, ad interactions and your consent choice, and sets cookies such as
__gads,__gpi,__eoiandIDE, plusFCCDCFandFCNUVto remember your consent choice. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent message asks for your consent before cookies are used for personalised ads; without it you only see non-personalised or limited ads. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or opt out of third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. More in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Cookie Notice. - Email. If you write to us, or use the deletion form (which only opens your own email app), we receive your email address and whatever you write.
4. Data in the apps
Which of the following applies depends on the app. Section 13 lists it for each title, and the app’s Google Play “Data safety” section matches it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ad-supported apps use the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address (and a rough location derived from it), device and operating-system details, app and ad interaction data, and your consent choice. Google uses this to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud. Ads are personalised only where you have agreed to it or where the law does not require consent. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
If an app uses it, Firebase Analytics records events such as “level started” or “settings opened”, together with an app-instance ID, device model, OS version, language, country or region and session information. We look at it only as summary reports to decide what to fix or improve. We do not combine it with your name or email.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
When an app crashes, Crashlytics sends a report with the error details, the device state at the time, the OS version and an installation ID. It contains no game content or personal messages.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We receive the order number, the item, its status and a purchase token so the app can unlock what you bought. We never receive card or bank details.
Data that stays on your device
Game progress, high scores and settings are stored locally on your phone. They are not sent to us. Android’s own backup may copy them to your Google account if you have turned backup on; that is handled by Google.
Support
When you contact us, we process your email address, your message and anything you attach (for example a screenshot or your device model) to answer you.
Accounts
No current Swoqy app requires an account. If a future app offers one, its notes in section 13 will describe what is stored, and the deletion page covers it.
5. Purposes and legal bases
| What for | Data | Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK) |

6. Consent and your choices
- Consent form. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, ad-supported apps show Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform, IAB TCF) on first launch. You can change your choice at any time from Settings › Privacy settings inside the app.
- Advertising ID. On Android go to Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Settings › Google › Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID. Apps then can’t use it for personalised ads.
- Uninstalling an app stops all further collection by it and deletes the data stored on your device.
- Deletion. Ask for deletion of anything we hold at swoqy.com/delete-account.
7. Who receives data
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers below, which help us run the apps and the website, and with authorities when the law requires it.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, Google LLC elsewhere): AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Play. For advertising Google acts as an independent controller, and with your consent may work with certified ad partners. See the Google Privacy Policy and Privacy and Security in Firebase.
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting of this website.
- Our email provider: storing the emails you send us.
- Public authorities, courts or advisers, only when the law requires it or to defend a legal claim.
8. Transfers abroad
The providers above store and process data on servers in the United States, the European Union and other countries. That means your data may leave your country, including leaving Türkiye or the EEA.
- Under GDPR, these transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses included in the providers’ data processing terms.
- Under KVKK (Art. 9, as amended by Law No. 7499), transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts, or, where no other mechanism is available, on your explicit consent or the other grounds the law allows. Details are in the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
9. How long data is kept
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics user-level data | 2 months, then only aggregated reports remain |
| Crashlytics crash reports | 90 days |
| Advertising data | Under Google’s retention policies |
| Website server logs | A short period set by the host, usually days to a few weeks |
| Support emails | Up to 2 years after our last exchange, unless needed for a legal claim |
| Purchase and payout records | As long as tax and commercial law require |
| Record that a privacy request was handled | As long as needed to show it was handled, then deleted |
Data stored on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy (access);
- correct inaccurate data (rectification);
- delete your data (erasure);
- limit how we use it (restriction) or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- send it to you in a portable format (portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- under KVKK Art. 11, also learn the purpose of processing and who received your data, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Email info@swoqy.com. Requests are free. We answer within 30 days, and we may ask a question to make sure the request comes from you. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the EU or UK your local authority, in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr). We’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.
We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Children
Swoqy games and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. In some countries the age for giving consent online is higher (up to 16); younger users there should ask a parent before agreeing to personalised ads. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it. If a future title is designed for children, it will follow Google Play’s Families policy and its notes in section 13 will say so.
12. Security
We keep data to a minimum, use providers with strong security programmes, use HTTPS everywhere and protect our accounts with two-factor authentication. Access to support emails and developer consoles is limited to the people who need it to answer you and run the apps. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
