The rules for using Swoqy games, apps and this website. Short, and written to be read.

1. About these terms
Swoqy (“Swoqy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the brand under which games and apps are published on Google Play; the owner of the Swoqy brand is based in the Republic of Türkiye. These terms are an agreement between you and Swoqy for the use of any Swoqy game or app (“the apps”) and of swoqy.com. By installing or using an app you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the apps.
How we handle personal data is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment or use. The apps are licensed, not sold. Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply to how you get and use them.
3. Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases (for example “Remove ads” or extra content) are paid to and processed by Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to us as well and we’ll do what we can. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Purchases are linked to your Google account. You can usually restore them on a new device signed in with the same account.
4. Virtual items
Coins, gems, hats and other in-game items have no real-money value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be sold or transferred outside the game. They are part of your licence to use the app.
5. Ads
Free apps may show ads served by Google AdMob. We try to keep them between rounds and away from the middle of play. Ads come from third parties and we don’t endorse what they advertise. Your consent choices for personalised ads are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fair play
Please don’t:
- cheat, use bots, or modify the apps to gain an unfair advantage or unlock paid content for free;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
- interfere with the apps, their servers or their ads, including generating fake ad clicks;
- use the apps in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
7. Feedback
We love hearing ideas. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the apps without owing you anything, and we’ll never publish your personal details without asking.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the apps to fix bugs, add features or meet Google Play requirements. Some features may change or be removed, and an app may eventually be withdrawn. If an app with paid content is withdrawn, we will try to give reasonable notice inside the app.
9. Brand and content
Swoqy® is a registered trademark. The apps, their art, music, code and text, and the content of this website belong to Swoqy or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes; please don’t use the Swoqy name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
10. Warranty and liability
We build every app with care, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored only on your device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending use
You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it, and ask for your data to be deleted on the deletion page. If someone seriously breaks these terms (for example by cheating at scale or attacking the service), we may block their access.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts or, in Türkiye, before the consumer arbitration committees. Before any formal step, please write to us: most problems can be solved by email.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the apps or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we’ll show a notice in the apps. If you keep using the apps after a change, the new terms apply.
